Motivation is the driving force by which humans achieve their goals.

It is either intrinsic or extrinsic. Intrinsic motivation is driven by internal interests and exists within the individual rather than relying on any external pressure. Extrinsic motivation comes from outside rewards like money, grades, competition, awards and even punishment. Education has a profound effect on an individuals mind, character, and physical ability and is the process by which our society transmits gathered knowledge, skills, and values from one generation to another.

The word educate means ‘to teach’ but it also means to enlighten. As a Motivational Educator the process is to first motivate intrinsically, opening participants to the idea that we are more powerFilled than ever imagined. We define power. We define goals. We define results. Then we combine both intrinsic and extrinsic conversations to help shape how we acquire power, accomplish goals and achieve results! The outcome is simple… BREAKTHROUGHS!
